### Ross Friedman - CEO

Mr. Friedman is an EMBA graduate from the University of Washington with a strong academic and professional background in the financial industry. With prior experience as a sales director in a traditional finance and commodity company, he has gained a deep understanding of marketing. After spending several years in the blockchain industry, he recognized the immense potential of DeFi technology. Currently, he leads a team that actively explores innovative Web3 financial products and services, with a focus on improving users' financial experience and participation.

Shawareb has rich experience and a strong technical background in the DeFi industry. He has served as a core technical role in multiple important projects, successfully designed and developed various decentralized applications and financial tools. As a technical leader, responsible for leading the company‘s technical team and deciding the company’s technological innovation in the DeFi field.
